KVM supplies both complete asphalt plant turnkey solutions as well as individual components / upgrades for older plants. KVM plants are engineered with the environment in mind, having built up a reputation as the most environment friendly plants available. Energy saving motors combined with very efficient processes makes this possible.
Close communication with the client ensures that the product is right and that the installation is done as fast and efficient as possible. A typical installation of a major plant takes 6-8 months from order to takeover.
KVM manufacture moulds to suit all types of block machines.
We manufacture paving moulds for all types and shapes of paving stones, including those for machine laying. The product thickness can be from 28 mm to in excess of 100 mm. We also produce moulds for paving slabs, the size is dependant on the machine pallet size.
For machines producing building blocks and bricks we have a range of moulds from 300 mm depth and from 65 mm width. Moulds for Solid, Cellular and Hollow products are available.
